1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
3. Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Senalie is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@senalie.com so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@senalie.com within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier and find a resolution.
