3. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under this policy:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 99 days of the delivery date
  • You must provide your order number for verification

We do not require you to provide a specific reason for your request, and there is no need to return unused product unless otherwise instructed by our team.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@senalie.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue, so we can resolve it quickly, including by sending a replacement or processing a refund.

6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at hello@senalie.com as soon as possible. Since orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be honored once processing has begun. If your order has already shipped, you may use our 99-day money-back guarantee instead.
